Green Sandwich Chutney


Green Chutney is a timeless favorite in almost all Indian homes. My house is of no exception. In our last Potluck Party Cyber Style my friend Manjula from Desi Fiesta brought this delicious chutney and today I get the chance to revisit her recipe and take it in today's Potluck Party Cyber Style. Feeling really lucky to get a chance to try this awesome finger licking chutney preparation and the best part of this recipe is it can make any lazy day bright. Do give a try to this green chutney it is not only delicious but healthy too.

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time 5 minutes
Serves 4 

Ingredients:
1 Bunch Coriander leaves 
1 Bunch  Mint Leaves 
1 medium size Cucumber peeled and chopped
1 small marble size Tamarind
3-4 Green chilies or to taste
Salt to taste
 
Methods Of Cooking
In a blender put chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves , cucumber , green chilies , tamarind and salt . Add only little water as the moisture in the leaves help them in blending. Blend them to a smooth chutney till all the ingredients get well combined. Taste lovely as a bread spread or sandwich spread which I tired and liked but you can also use it as an accompaniment for any tiffin/ snack items.
