Methods of Cooking
Take fresh leaves of fenugreek and soak them in mixture of 1 tsp turmeric and 1 heaping table spoon salted water.Leave it for 1 hour. It will take away the bitter taste of fenugreek leaves. Now squeeze the leaves well to just remove all excess water and then put it in a blender with green chilies and salt. Make a smooth paste. Now heat oil in pan add the green paste with tomato puree and red chilly powder. Stir and cook till all the water from the mixture evaporates then add black pepper powder. All chilies used here to supress the bitter taste of meethi. Mix well. Now add grated paneer and cheese. Mix well. Put the flame off. It taste too hot and little sour. If you can handle the heat the go for it I am sure you will love the falvor and the taste of Theekhi Meethi with Onion Paratha.
