Angoori Aloo/ Potato cooked with grapes


Angoori aloo is a delicious a tangy preparation with potato and grapes. You can have it as breakfast with paratha or roti chapatis or just have it as a chat preparation. I am telling you it is awesomely delicious.


Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Serves : 4 

Ingredients:
10 to 15 baby potatoes boiled
15 to 16 grapes 
½ cup grated coconut
 4 to 5 green chilly or to taste
1 tsp grated ginger
½ cup fresh coriander leaves 
½  tsp whole cumin
½  tsp mustard  seed
½  tsp dry mango powder(amchoor)
2 tsp lemon juice
8 to 10 curry leaves
1 tbsp  oil
¼  tsp sugar (optional)
salt to taste

Methods Of Cooking:
Take 8 to 10 grapes, grated coconut, green chilly, ginger and coriander leaves in your blender and make a coarse paste. Heat oil in pan add whole cumin and mustard seed and curry leaves. As the seed start to splutter then add the boiled potato, salt sugar, dry mango powder and coarsely blended grapes paste. Mix well with the potato now add the lemon juice and rest of the whole grapes. Mix well and put off the flame. You can have it with roti paratha in your breakfast or have it as just tangy chat.
