Cooking time : 15 minutes

Methods Of Cooking :
Heat oil in a pan. Now add curry leaves, garlic , onion and ginger . Fry a little then add chopped vegetable. Fry a little again. Add boiled noodles, tomato garlic sauce, green chilly (if using) salt and pepper. Saute well. Add scrambled egg. Mix well. Keep aside. Now keep the tawa on the gas stove , sprinkle little water rub with a paper towel then add little oil and pour a ladle of dosa and spread it, when you find that the dosa is done thin and crisp , then put the noodles filling in the middle and fold it gently, take it out in a plate. I served it with salad and gun powder. You can serve with tomato ketchup or tomato coconut chutney, peanut chutney or tangy green chutney. Enjoy Noodles Dosa.
