Lehsuni Aloo ki sabji is a very delicious potato curry where the flavor and taste of garlic is very pronounced. My Mother use to cook it quiet often and it's one of our favorite in our school days.

Cooking time : 10 to 15 minutes Serves : 4 Ingredients : 3 potatoes cut into small cubes 1 tsp garlic crushed 2 tsp til / sesame seed 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional) 1 big tomato chopped ½ tsp red chilly powder ¼ tsp pepper powder ½ cup fresh coriander 2 tbsp oil ¼ tsp sugar (optional) Salt to tasteMethods of Cooking :
Heat oil in a pan. Then add crushed garlic and sesame seed. Fry till little brown then add chopped tomatoes, red chilly powder, pepper powder, and ½ freshly chopped coriander keep the other half to use later. Stir and cook till the tomatoes are well mashed. Then add potato cubes and salt. Mix well. Add a cup and little more water. Cover and cook till potatoes are cooked well but not mushy and too soft. Add sugar and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well and serve hot with bread , paratha or simple rotis in your breakfast. It’s quick to cook tangy and delicious to kick start your morning on a high note.
